Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
All orders are custom made on demand and processed within 1–2 business days, with standard UK shipping taking 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracked delivery link as soon as it leaves.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK to keep delivery fast and maintain a smaller carbon footprint.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unworn and unwashed apparel items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (For homewares like mugs, items must be unused and in their original packaging).
How do I arrange a return?

Products & Materials
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Apparel items like t-shirts and hoodies use certified organic materials and sustainable, water-based printing, while all items are produced on demand to eliminate waste.
How do I care for my clothing?
Machine wash cold (30°C), inside-out on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Use mild detergent (no fabric softeners or chlorine bleach). Tumble dry on low or hang-dry for longest garment life, and cool iron inside-out without ironing directly on the print.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay securely encrypted and processed by Stripe.
