1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the seakin website and the purchase of any apparel or goods from our online store. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Custom Made-on-Demand Products

seakin operates on a sustainable print-on-demand model to eliminate overproduction and excess textile waste. Every garment and lifestyle item is manufactured and printed specifically for you following order placement.

We make every effort to display garment colors, size measurements, and print details as accurately as possible. Due to display variations across different screens, minor color variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include applicable UK taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is taken in full at the time of checkout via Stripe. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Production takes 1–2 business days, and standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. seakin cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return unworn, unwashed apparel items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Homeware items (e.g. mugs, drinkware) must be unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us via our contact page. Unless the item is defective or misprinted, the customer is responsible for return postage.

6. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange an immediate free replacement or a full refund.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
